Damir Cimer, Harmica’s Founder and CEO, is an adviser, operator and business builder whose career spans international finance, technology, capital markets, infrastructure and public-sector reform.

International finance & investment. Board Adviser to the EBRD, helping shape investment decisions, governance and market strategy across Europe and emerging economies.
